TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement.
2. Platform Nature
The Platform operates as a neutral online venue for gardening and produce-related exchanges. The Platform does not own, inspect, certify, store, distribute, or participate in any transaction. All exchanges occur solely between users.
3. Trade-Only Policy (No Sales)
The Platform is strictly trade-only. Users may not sell goods, request payment, post payment handles (including CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cryptocurrency addresses), solicit donations, or otherwise exchange items for monetary value. Violations may result in immediate termination.
4. Agricultural & Food Disclaimer
Food and produce items may be homegrown or homemade and are not inspected, regulated, or certified. The Platform does not verify pesticide use, organic claims, labeling compliance, cottage food licensing, or food safety practices. Users assume all risks related to consumption or handling.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Users assume all risks associated with in-person exchanges, product quality, disputes, theft, injury, foodborne illness, and any other harm arising from use of the Platform. Users release and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of user interactions.
6. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and defend the Platform from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal fees resulting from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100.
8. No Duty to Monitor
The Platform has no obligation to monitor user content or conduct but reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Tennessee. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
11. Advertising & Future Monetization
The Platform may display advertisements and sponsored content. The Platform reserves the right to modify its trade-only policy in the future, including permitting payment functionality.
12. Community Groups
The Platform may allow towns or neighborhoods to create groups. Group moderators are independent users. The Platform is not responsible for group content or moderation decisions.

We may collect personal information such as name, email, date of birth, IP address, device data, and user-generated content.
2. Use of Information
Information is used to operate the Platform, enforce Terms, prevent fraud, improve services, display advertisements, and comply with legal obligations.

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
